Sheets were dirty we were moved to a smaller room equipped for 1 person We had to request more than once to add towels and toilet toiletries for a second person This is not a 4 star hotel maximum I will give 3 stars and I’m being generous.

Cosenza is not a beautiful town so it is great that there is the Hotel Europa to be a safe haven. The rooms are of a good size, with a nice bathroom, the breakfast excellent (with a good savoury choice as well as the classic Italian sweet breakfast), the WiFi is stable, there's safe onsite parking with charging for electric cars (or an underground garage if you prefer) - and there's even a swimming pool for your use on arrival day if one night stay.

Excellent place. The stuff is very gentle. Breakfast is reach and served perfectly with some topical products, following COVID-19 rules. Swimming pool available with the dressing room and a shower.

I think it's the best hotel in the area however sill 15years old not a new one. But I like it and I recommend it because it's close to everything.

Great facilities but very unfriendly staff! They don't speak or smile and you feel a little uncomfortable. But the hotel room is great, breakfast is good and have cooked options. Pool is very nice, but there is no atmosphere, because the staff are very cold!
